Jewelry is packaged in a drawstring fabric gift bag, and includes a card that describes the piece and its healing properties and meaning.
Sizing details
Sizing is included in the product descriptions, so be aware when you are ordering that the size meets your expectations. We will do everything we can to ensure that the size of your piece is perfect for the person who will wear it.
Stretch bracelets are on average 7", but might need to be looser for larger wrists or for men.
Toggle clasp bracelets are between 7" and 8", and that range is perfect for the average person.
If the toggle bracelet is to be worn by a more petite person, or a person with a larger wrist size, this is important information. When ordering, it is helpful if you include the wrist measurement of the wearer with your order, and we will size the bracelet accordingly.
Custom and personalised orders
Because gemstones and pearls are random, determined somewhat by nature, we cannot guarantee that two items will ever be identical. For that reason, pieces are one of a kind. Because of this, we are cautious about accepting custom and/or personalized orders.
However, we do want you to be happy, so we will work with you to create, the perfect piece within our range. If you have a custom or personalized design, such as colours, size, length, choice of gemstone in mind, we will certainly do what we can to accommodate you.
Care instructions
If cleaning of your jewelry is necessary, it is best to wash your pieces in lukewarm water with a mild soap. If the Sterling Silver or Gold is dull and tarnished, be very careful about the metal cleanser you use. A strong metal cleaner will remove the plating of gold or silver plated pieces, so do not use one on plated products. A strong metal cleaner can also damage certain gemstones, so make sure to protect your stones when using such a cleanser.
To reiterate, we can't recommend a particular brand of metal cleaner, and you must be very careful not to damage your piece by using a metal cleaner.
Wholesale availability
Our pieces are one of a kind and labour intensive. We offer the most cost effect pricing for our retail customers, so wholesaling is not something that we do. We would, however, entertain discounts for 15 or more pieces of similar items.
